Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Cutting Edge Signs & Graphics. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, we are happy to offer returns and refunds, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Returns Policy

You may return products purchased online from Cutting Edge Signs & Graphics within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

- Condition of the Item: The product must be unused.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation number.
- Exceptions: Some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
  - Custom or personalized products.
  - Digital or downloadable products (e.g., digital prints, design files).
  - Clearance or sale items, unless specified otherwise.

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at info@ceprints.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

2. Refunds Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

If your return is denied (e.g., because the product is used, damaged, or outside the return window), we will notify you via email and provide options for resolving the issue. In some cases, we may offer you a partial refund or store credit.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process to get a refund, and then place a new order for the replacement product. In some cases, we may discuss in writing an exchange where no return is made and we will ship a new product all together.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or defective product to help us assess the issue. In these cases, we will offer you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not refundable:
- Custom or personalized products (such as custom designs, prints with personalized names or messages, etc.).
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
- Sale or clearance items, unless specified otherwise.
- Items marked "final sale".

Please review your order carefully before purchasing custom or sale items.

7. Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
